If you want to gain a holiday experience within an environment of Naples old Italian town I cant think of any better location. The apartment cannot be faulted in anyway and styled in a retro 60s vibe. From this location much can be gained by foot especially the endless restaurant and bars but fear not being disturb at night as you are tuck away from the noise.

Notre séjour à Naples s’est en partie très bien passé car nous savions que le logement qui nous attendait après une longue journée de visite sous la chaleur (ou d’une longue soirée) était tout simplement parfait. Tout est propre et confortable. La climatisation dans les chambres est très clairement un plus. L’emplacement est incroyable ! Et la décoration est de bon goût. N’hésitez pas y aller, en tout cas nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Ciao Carmela & Erminio!

Barely arrived in Napoli erminio came to meet us at the parking to accommodate and showing us the flat. They gave us some recommandations to discover the town.. This is a really spacious, clean and cool apartment in a great location in Naples, next to loads of good bars and restaurants. It’s really easy to explore the city from here, and the apartment itself was really comfortable. We also received great recommendations from Mela and Erminio, who were very helpful and answered all our questions really quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, les 3 chambres c’est vraiment un plus et les 2 salles d’eau. La climatisation est parfaite et c’est idéal au vue de la chaleur locale en été. Légèrement bruyant quelques soirs mais rien qui empêche de passer une bonne nuit, Naples est une ville qui se couche tard, particulièrement dans le quartier historique. C’est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, c’est pas un soucis pour toute personne en forme. Accueil super agréable, le mari de Carmela nous a accueilli et était présent au check out.

The best place to stay in Naples! The apartment is high-ceilinged, light and air filled, quiet, with big rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a delightful contrast to the narrow street below. It’s a few minutes’ walk to all of the sights in the Centro Storico, so totally convenient to the first-time visitor to Naples, as we were. Erminio was so kind and helpful to us, and they reliably arranged for an early-morning taxi to the airport. In the apartment was a helpful book of recommendations, which we made good use of — their pick of local restaurants was superb. We would echo the caveat about the stairs, though — there are 86 wide but uneven stone stairs to the apartment. They are well-lighted, with hand rails but it can still be a difficult climb. If the stairs are not a problem, this is a great place in every other way.
