Stay here, and you will be steps away from many of the must do’s in Naples. Best pizza (Di Matteo) downstairs and 30 feet, underground city tour 75 feet away and the Duomo is less than 5 min walk. The remodeled apartment is super cute and clean. The hosts are helpful and charming.
In a maze of busy streets lies a hidden retro gem. The stairs were a welcomed exercise due to the amount of pasta, pizza and sfogliatella consumed, we certainly felt fitter by the end of the trip. In terms of cleanliness and decorative touches, we couldn’t have asked for better. The flat was bright, retro and well air-conditioned, a saviour in the Napoli heat. The amenities nearby were fantastic. A short walk from metro stations, duomo, Naploi Sotteranea and museums just to name a few. The food nearby was amazing with our favorite being Sorbillo and Januarius. Every morning we had coffee from Caffetteria Sfogliatelle e Babà and our favorite sfogliatella from Sfogliate e Sfogliatelle. In all it was a perfect location for anyone wishing to explore Napoli. The hosts Mela and Erminio were fantastic, friendly and very quick to reply. They supplied us with maps and a list of places to eat. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend! We could not have hoped for a better place in Naples and we loved everything about it. The apartment is spacious, spotless, very stylish and comfortable. We appreciated Erminio’s great suggestions for food, the washing machine, the true Napolitan atmosphere in the courtyard and the alley. Clearly Erminio and Carmela put their heart into this and it shows. Five stars for them. We hope to be back!

An excellent stay
We stayed for a long weekend in Napoli and Carmela & Erminio’s apartment was an absolutely wonderful base from which to explore the city. We were met by Erminio on check-in and were able to get in to the apartment a little earlier. Erminio was very friendly and helpful, talking us through recommendations and things to do in the city as we were first timers. Communication before and throughout the stay was excellent and we felt looked after. They also kindly sorted a taxi to the airport for us last minute. Carmela and Erminio’s apartment is a stylish and comfortable home from home, offering great hospitality, and I would certainly stay again when next in Naples!

ottimo alloggio pulito e confortevole e ben attrezzato, sito in posizione centrale , in quartiere vivace e godibile sotto diversi aspetti,. Padroni di casa giovani e piacevolissimi come i tanti napoletani incontrati. E stata una vacanza splendida che ci ha fatto dimenticare le scale che ci sono da fare…..
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carmela et Erminio, Erminio nous a accueilli et nous a donné pleins de conseils sur ce qu’il y a à faire et à voir sur Naples. Tous 2 sont vraiment très gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Il faut juste noter qu’il faut monter beaucoup d’escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement. Si vous êtes accompagnés de personnes âgées ou enfants en bas âge, ça peut s’avérer un peu trop sportif. Mais l’appartement est vraiment bien situé, très propre et confortable. Je recommande vivement !
