We stayed for a long weekend in Napoli and Carmela & Erminio’s apartment was an absolutely wonderful base from which to explore the city. We were met by Erminio on check-in and were able to get in to the apartment a little earlier. Erminio was very friendly and helpful, talking us through recommendations and things to do in the city as we were first timers. Communication before and throughout the stay was excellent and we felt looked after. They also kindly sorted a taxi to the airport for us last minute. Carmela and Erminio’s apartment is a stylish and comfortable home from home, offering great hospitality, and I would certainly stay again when next in Naples!

ottimo alloggio pulito e confortevole e ben attrezzato, sito in posizione centrale , in quartiere vivace e godibile sotto diversi aspetti,. Padroni di casa giovani e piacevolissimi come i tanti napoletani incontrati. E stata una vacanza splendida che ci ha fatto dimenticare le scale che ci sono da fare…..
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carmela et Erminio, Erminio nous a accueilli et nous a donné pleins de conseils sur ce qu’il y a à faire et à voir sur Naples. Tous 2 sont vraiment très gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Il faut juste noter qu’il faut monter beaucoup d’escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement. Si vous êtes accompagnés de personnes âgées ou enfants en bas âge, ça peut s’avérer un peu trop sportif. Mais l’appartement est vraiment bien situé, très propre et confortable. Je recommande vivement !
We had a very nice stay at Carmela and Erminio’s place. Good location, quiet and very clean. Excellent for a group of 6 people. Good communication and very friendly hosts. We loved staying there. Really recommended.

Carmela and Erminio’s apartment was a great place to say – very central, well equipped and very stylish. We particularly appreciated how quickly Erminio responded to our questions, and if we come back to Naples we’d definitely stay here again. It’s worth noting that the apartment is up three flights of stairs – and the steps are quite high – but if you want to stay in an old building in the heart of Naples, then it’s the perfect place.
Great apartment and great location
I certainly recommend this apartment. Perfectly located to explore a beatiful area of Naples, plenty of pizzerias, restaurants and other things.
Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of the historical centre of Naples . The apartment is very well equipped with three huge bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a spacious well equipped eat in kitchen . From this apartment it’s an easy walk to the archeological museum, many historical churches and palaces , the funicular to the Vomero district, the station and the port from where you can get a ferry to Capri. A supermarket is a few minutes walk away and there are innumerable cafes and restaurants all around . It’s a buzzy area that is great just to hang out in. Ermino and Carmela are great hosts who reply instantly to any communication and gave us a very friendly welcome . I highly recommend this for your time in Naples, a wonderful destination
