La casa è perfetta, non solo perché rispecchia la descrizione, ma anche per la posizione, centralissima. Le tre camere sono spaziose e moderne, i due bagni puliti e comodi, la cucina dotata di ogni confort ed è presente anche una sorta di spazio comune con divano e tv. Carmela ed Erminio sono due persone disponibilissime, presenti e la comunicazione è stata ottima. Consiglio la casa per chi vuole vivere il cuore di Napoli senza dover prendere mezzi pubblici e per chi ha necessità di un alloggio moderno e confortevole.
Apartment was spacious, spotless and very nicely decorated, so much better than boring hotel room. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The location was great too, just minutes walk from cafes and restaurants, close to public transport and taxis. Erminio our host was amazing, very helpful and went out an extra mile to make sure everything was up to scratch! I would definitely stay there again.

Super apartment in a fabulous location with wonderful hosts. The ‘retro’ decor is beautifully done, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms (2) fully modernised with built-in showers. Erminio & Carmela met us on arrival and provided great tips and local knowledge which really enhanced our time in Naples. Everything is close to the apartment with beautiful churches, great little restaurants and bars. Thoroughly recommend a day-trip to the Amalfi coast (Positano, Sorrento, Ravello) as well as Pompei and the subterranean tunnels.
Das Appartement befindet sich sehr zentral in Neapel- Top Lage! Wir wurden herzlich von Erminio empfangen, er nahm sich die Zeit, uns Tipps für Neapel zu geben (beste Pizza, beste Pasta, nette Plätze etc) und bot an, jederzeit bei Fragen für uns erreichbar zu sein. Das Appartment war super sauber und toll eingerichtet im 60er/70er Jahre-Style. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Neapel! Ich kann das Airbnb bei Religion und Carmela auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!!

Non servono tante parole per descrivere questo posto e l’ospitalità che troverete…..Non preoccupativi per le scale , si fanno con gioia all’interno di un palazzo caratteristico di Napoli ….Come posizione ora che ho visto napoli nel ” bersaglio” siamo proprio al centro Per non parlare della metropolitana a qualche centinaio di metri… Grazie ancora e a presto…Il vicolo meraviglioso e con la pizzeria all’angolo eccezionale .
Amazing apartment, incredible location and close to loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes. Carmela and Erminio were great hosts and they were helpful in recommending places to eat and drink at! Loved our stay and will be back as soon as we can!
Wij hebben drie nachten doorgebracht in het appartement van Erminio en Carmela. De communicatie vooraf was prima. Op de dag van aankomst mochten wij onze bagage ‘s morgens al in het appartement zetten. Erminio ontving ons heel vriendelijk en nam de tijd om ons wegwijs te maken in het huis en ons tips te geven over Napels. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en fris. Drie prima slaapkamers en twee ruime badkamers. De keuken is groot genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien. De buurt waar het appartement zich bevindt is veilig en gezellig druk. Veel restaurants in de buurt en ook alle bezienswaardigheden zeer dicht bij. Hebben alles te voet bezocht. Erminio dank voor je gastvrijheid!
位置便利,附近有出租车点,去火车站很方便,打车10-15欧｡房子很新很干净,空间比图片显示更大,设施和生活用品很齐全,装修简洁舒适,两个浴室也好用｡虽然楼层有点高,但是房东人超好,入住退房时搬行李主动一手包办,不像我们在前面几个城市遇到的其他房东,很勉强地搭把手甚至拒绝,所以这一点并不影响住宿体验｡回复信息很及时,而且会主动联系｡强烈推荐这个房源给来那不勒斯的朋友｡想给Mela和Erminio 打六星,哈哈~ Perfect! Very well furnished and cozy apartment with good location, lovely decorations and spacious rooms. Mela and Erminio are super nice and always quick to reply and help, giving good advice on restaurants. Though it is on the third floor, no worry about your luggages, because Erminio will come to help. Choose this apartment and you would never feel disappointed.
It was super ! We had a wonderful week in Naples and in the Erminio and Mela’s beautiful apartment. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, ideally located in the historical center and perfectly equipped for a stay in the middle of August! The air conditioning of the rooms is really efficient and an essential asset! Everything is perfect, clean, arranged with great taste! And the addresses given by Erminio were totally what we were looking for! Piazza Bellini for the spritz! The Campagnola for good Neapolitan cuisine in particular! without forget Piazza Miraglia for watching foot with the Napolitans supporters !Finally the availability of Erminio, the Mela’s smart advice simplifies your stay and guides you to the right choices!
