This is an excellent place from which to experience the old Napoli. Carmela was a terrific host and very responsive to our questions.

Centrally located in the heart of Napoli, next to many points of interest, restaurants and transportation means, Carmela’s apartment is perfect for a stay in Napoli. It is clean, and fully equipped. Communication with Carmela was fluid and easy, she responded to all our queries and clearly explained the small complications (namely the stairs) that could make it difficult for someone to stay there. Apartamento muy acogedor, era un viaje en familia y hemos estado muy a gusto , reformado y muy amplio y tal cual en las fotos, muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Bien es cierto que no hay fotos del edificio, y al llegar entiendes el porqué, al estar situado en el centro histórico de Nápoles los edificios son decadentes, realmente si el dueño no nos hubiera acompañado en la llegada nos hubiéramos asustado un poco. Los 80 escalones de acceso son anchos. Por otro lado la legislación en Nápoles limita horas de calefacción y temperatura (19 grados máximo), también es bueno mirar eso según la época en la que vayas y desde donde vayas (aún así hemos ido en diciembre y no hemos pasado demasiado frío en el apartamento, pero calor tampoco, llevábamos ropa de casa abrigada). Comunicación y organización con los hospedadores perfecta, encantadores y atentos. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.Show more

The apartment was perfect for our family and would easily be enough for 3 couples to share. It was huge and having an en-suite was lovely fur mum and Dad. It’s location right in heart of the old city was great, we were so close to shops and restaurants and walkable to the stations for our visits further afield. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.Show more
Alloggio nel cuore di Napoli, posizione ottima e strategica per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse anche a piedi. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, ben arredato e completo di tutti i comfort. Erminio è un host molto simpatico e disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Per chi arriva in treno, consiglio di raggiungere l’appartamento a piedi perché la distanza dalla più vicina stazione della metropolitana equivale praticamente a quella dalla stazione.
